Built for what comes after the win

SUCCESS

THAT LASTS

For high achieving leaders and entrepreneurs

who’ve already proven they can win

Leaders want to be where you are. To have what you have. Some even want to BE you. You’ve hit the pinnacle of success. You’re at the top of your game. And yet, there is something telling you “there is still more to be done.”

Here’s the thing: More won’t fix that.

You’ve won

the first game.

THE NEXT LEVEL

Most people never do.

You built what others only talk about. Hit the goals.

Earned the income. Built the reputation.

And you did it while most people were still figuring out where to start.

BEFORE THE BUSINESS

"Competitive volleyball taught me how to win. It also introduced me to the person who would eventually show me why winning wasn't the whole story."

A family of four at the beach, sitting on rocks, smiling for a photo with the ocean and sky in the background.

But there's a second game.

Fewer people know it exists. Almost nobody teaches it. It's the one where what you’ve built stops feeling hollow and starts feeling right.

SHAWN’S STORY

I grew up watching my mom work two jobs. Financial stress that never seemed to end. Snow came through holes in the floorboards of our car in winter.

As a kid, I made a silent promise: become successful, and everything gets better.

So I did.

Then the anxiety landed me in the ER.

Not because I had failed. By every measure, I had won. I lost 70 pounds and kept it off. Built a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio. Had a beautiful family.

I had succeeded — completely — and I was still running the same system that got me there. A system built for getting there. Not for what comes after.

That moment became the foundation for everything I teach today. I figured it out the hard way, so the people I work with don't have to.

THE THREE SHIFTS

From Winning More Building Something That Lasts
From Chasing Intentional Direction
From Net Worth = Self-Worth Fulfillment That Matches Achievement

THE FRAMEWORK

The 25% Rule.

The highest performers Shawn works with have one thing in common. They mastered how to win, yet nobody showed them how to make winning last.

The 25% Rule is the framework he developed from his own turning point and refined over years of working with leaders at the top of their fields.

The leaders who sustain success long-term aren't the ones who push harder. They're the ones who redirect 25% of their drive toward what makes the rest of it matter.

That's the upgrade most

high achievers never find.

Shawn works with a select group of six leaders ready for something new.

The ones who have already proven they can win and are starting to sense there's a version of success they haven't yet accessed.

The external results are there. The drive is still there. But something has shifted.

So, if you have unexpectedly said:

“Something has to change in my life.”

THIS IS FOR YOU.

That exclamation isn't a warning sign.

It's a signal. It means you're ready for the next level of this.

01

The Outside Win,
The Inside Question

By every visible measure, you've done it. The income, the reputation, the calendar full of things other people would call enough. And quietly, when no one's watching, you've started asking what all of it is for.

02

The Drive
Hasn't Quit

You haven't lost your edge. The ambition is intact. The drive is intact. The wins still come, and they're still real. What's changed is the answer they give you. The one that used to satisfy doesn't satisfy you the same way anymore.

03

The
Threshold

You're not in crisis. You're not burned out. Something has shifted, and you can feel it before you can name it. You're standing at the edge of a version of success you haven't yet accessed.

1:1 COACHING

This is not

a program.

It’s a partnership.

Shawn doesn't help you optimize what you're already doing. He helps you redesign the operating system underneath it, so the success you've built starts working for your life, instead of consuming it.

Your ambition stays. Your drive stays. What changes is what they're pointed at.

Redefining what success means at this level on your terms

Rebuilding motivation that sustains you long-term

Closing the gap between the leader others see and the life you're living

Building success your family, your health, and your future can feel

WHAT LEADERS ARE SAYING

The real deal.

In their own words.

What sets Shawn apart isn't just what he teaches. It's how he lives. The love he has for his family, the care he extends to the people around him, and how he leads with authenticity. He doesn't just talk about winning well. He shows you what it looks like. He is the real deal. Don't wait.

KEYNOTE SPEAKING

Your audience doesn't need another speaker.

They need a conversation they've never had in public.

The leaders in your room are already high achievers. They've heard the motivation. They've done the framework. What they haven't had is someone to give language to what they've been quietly carrying.

Your audience will leave thinking differently; not just energized in the moment, but genuinely shifted. And six months later, they'll still remember it

Because success shouldn't work for a season. It should work for a lifetime.

You've done the work.

This is what it was for.

Shawn has spent years learning the hard way what it takes to build success that actually sustains you.

He chooses only 6 leaders each year who are ready to find out what that looks like for them.
