Section 4 — Registration
Step 1 — Complete Your Registration and Payment
Fill out the form below for yourself and everyone in your group. You can register up to 5 people at one time — perfect for couples, families, and friend groups. Select your ticket type and quantity directly in the form. Payment is collected at the end of the form so your whole group is registered and paid in one seamless step.

Topics include eliminating limiting beliefs, mastering emotions, achieving financial freedom, improving health and vitality, and creating stronger personal and professional relationships.

There is no set agenda. Each day typically starts in the morning and can extend late into the evening, with some sessions lasting up to 12 hours or more. Everything in between is on “Tony Time” and the information for the next day is provided at the end of each day.

Comfortable, casual clothes — and bring LAYERS. The venue can get very cold. During high-energy activities, you may want to add and remove layers throughout the day.

Notebook, pen, water bottle, and snacks. Check the official UPW website for venue-specific restrictions on what can be brought inside.

Meals are not provided. There are typically food vendors at the venue. If the venue allows it bringing your own snacks is helpful.

Refunds are handled case by case. The most common options are transferring your ticket to another attendee at the same price or rolling it to the following year. Reach out to Marisa at Marisa@shawnjohanson.com and she will help point you in the right direction.

No. You just need your photo ID and the email address you used to register. The QR code is not required for entry.

Recording is not permitted at UPW to protect the privacy of attendees and the proprietary content of the event.

Late registration at the venue typically opens around 7:30–8:00am on the first day. Plenty of staff will be on-site to help you get sorted.

Yes. Everyone who attends with our group is invited into our private Telegram community to stay connected, accountable, and supported long after the event ends.

The first day generally gets started around 10:00-11:00 local time for the venue. This is generally the latest start time due to finishing registration for anyone who cannot arrive for initial registration.

Tony Robbins leads the majority of the sessions during UPW but will not be present live for all days/sessions.

There's no formal dress code, but comfortable attire is recommended due to the event's interactive nature. Also, prepare for the arctic in layers! You’ll want to shed layers and add them back throughout the event.

UPW is primarily conducted in English. Translations can be offered with a large enough group. Marisa can put you in touch with the UPW representative if you require or would like translation.

We recommend booking something now, as rooms fill up fast. Tony will release his reserved hotel link about 60 to 90 days before the event, and we'll get that to you ASAP. If you're booking now, make sure you have a cancellation policy in case you can get a closer hotel through Tony's link. You can also look for Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms to find somewhere to stay individually or with a group.

Hotel Shuttles: Many hotels offer complimentary shuttle services
Taxi Services: Traditional taxi services operate throughout Miami
Driving: If you have access to a vehicle, parking is available. Check the Kaseya Center website for current rates and availability
Walking: Depending on your hotel location, walking may be an option
